1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be returned within 7 calendar days of delivery.
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
- It must be in the same condition that you received it.
Note: Items that are damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, or lack of proper care will not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items

- Items marked as Final Sale
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Wait for our confirmation and return instructions.
- Send the product back using a trackable shipping method.
Important: Please do not send your purchase back without prior approval.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (if we cover it).
5. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected:
- You will be notified via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

We only replace items if they are:

- Damaged during delivery
